One of the smallest spas I've been to.
Went during a center parcs break so had the twilight package for about £70 and I don't think it was worth it.

One of the rooms was out of order, fair enough, as sometimes things break.

The hydro pool, the keys didn't seem to work well and the temperature of the water could of been warmer.

The outdoor pool was nice, but due to the noise that came from the hydro pool as it was open, people in the pool where talking quite loudly in order to be heard.

The experiance I paid for allowed 3 hours access and I was out after about an hour and half.

It was very clean and tidy though

Clean and relaxing. On the day we went the pool was pretty much empty and it wasn’t very busy but this was preferred. Enjoyed the jacuzzi, swimming pool, sauna, water beds & the facial cleanser / toner and creams that were available to use. All thats needed to make you feel revitalised and calm. Greeted with a smile by all staff and changing rooms were clean.

£60 for 3 hours, well worth its value. The Spa has a great amount of experiences to explore, as well as an outdoor heated pool which was mega with the setting in snow fall that started during our visit! Staff always happy to help too!

Went for a spa afternoon with my daughter and mother in law. It is such a lovely setting and beautifully laid out, nice clean changing area with showers etc. loved the various steam rooms and the outdoor pool. We went to the cafe too, but it was very disappointing compared to our previous visits. The choice of food is very limited (in retrospect we should have booked the afternoon tea). The service was poor too, we waited a long time in an nearly empty cafe for our food and drinks, no offer of water, and then I ended up fetching our food and drinks from the counter as our server went to take an order from another table in the middle of serving us (why?) - this meant some of our food was cold. Wouldn’t use the cafe again, but the actual spa facility is simply heavenly.

Dated, boring, small would be my review of the spa overall but what really disappointed me was the treatment I had! I’d booked in for a 30 min back and shoulder massage at 1pm. I was collected at 1:05pm and taken to the room, which was dated, and the air con didn’t work and was noisy. The therapist gave me the usual instructions and left the room while I got ready. She came back in, asked where I was feeling the tension, and then began the massage. It was a disappointing massage and she gave no focus to the area of my shoulders where I’d said needed it. Then, at 1:20 she said “that’s your treatment over” and left the room for me to get dressed?!

£65 for essentially 10 minutes of back rubbing?

I’ve emailed them twice since to say how disappointed and robbed I feel and no one’s replied so I’m making my complaint public.

Do not waste your money.

We had a lovely experience at Aqua Sana for a pre Christmas treat

Such a beautiful spa with so many different experiences to encounter.

We hadn't realised that we could not drive straight up to the spa and it was a 10 minute walk from the main carpark, but it was lit, well signposted and through a lovely woodland path.

The lunch we had at part of our experience was absolutely beautiful.

I ended the day with an all over body massage which left me so relaxed and ready for the Christmas festivities

We surely with be returning to the spa in the future

Amazing experience!!!
Wonderful spa with different types of sauna, indoor and outdoor pools and lovely lounge with water beds and sofas to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.
You can also get a free hand massage while resting...
Me and my partner stayed overnight in one of the apartments super close to the spa facing the forest and had a wonderful Swedish massage .
Lovely staff, always sweet and very helpful.
We definitely recommend this place.

Yes a lovely place to relax. Not crowded on a bank holiday Monday. Staff were really friendly and helpful. 15 different saunas with temperatures varying. Brunch was excellent. Katie provided a talk sndcdidplsy on Elemis and was very good except for not uptown date knowledge of pricing. We would definitely book again.
