This postal outlet is okay depending on who you get to help you. I’ve had so many nasty interactions that I often only go to Shoppers Drug Mart post office instead. The mail delivery people are nice but staff working at customer service in this post office are quite the opposite

I was nervous because of the reviews, but I've been here multiple times with absolutely no issue. I've had numerous staff members, been here for returning a package that kept getting sent to our address for a previous owner, just buying stamps, sending out packages, and they've all been kind and helpful to me. When my son comes, they always bring out a candy bucket and offer him a treat too. Very sweet!

Blonde lady too busy talking on her cellphone to be bothered with a customer and apparently scan my packages in. Called 3 hours later, luckily another worker found them and scanned them otherwise I would have been out two orders. First time and last time. I'll stick with shoppers, never once had a problem there.

09.SEP.2024 was my first time doing business at this location.
I didn't get her name, but the blonde lady that helped me was very friendly and welcoming. Not often do I receive good customer service, but today I did. 🙂

depending on who’s working, the service there is a complete waste of time nobody seems to be doing their job right, on top of that not friendly to deal with whatsoever. the amount of ignorance is ridiculous.

Hubby just went to pick up a package in my name with his ID. They refused to give it to him!!! Said the card has to be signed authorizing him to pick up. I can’t believe this happened. Clearly they don’t even read their own parcel cards. Now we have to make another trip in to town! Unbelievable! This location clearly needs more training. Update to add that I spoke with manager of this location and he was very helpful and stated the issue would be addressed so it did not occur again in the future. I did appreciate this locations willingness to assist with a large parcel pick up and they provided a cart to help get our parcels out.

Rude rude rude. With no justification behind it. We walked in with a parcel to be returned. Immediately the lady at the front was yelling for her co worker to get the measuring tape to size it up. When she did she was belligerent and rude. Basically yelling at us this parcel is too big get it out of here. I was like wow you don’t have to be so rude. It’s like she enjoyed being rude to customers. Look at your reviews lol. 😂 Do you see a pattern here? 1.8 stars ⭐️. Should be ashamed of yourselves for how you handle customers. I came here because this was the place I was told to return my item didn’t expect to be put down because of it. Ended up leaving with it because well it’s too big I suppose to be shipped? Unreal.
Good job Canada post 👏 worst rated yet.

The absolute worst Canada Post I've ever stepped foot in. Won't be back and encourage others to stay away. Walked in with box and shipping label ready to go and she refused to tape the label onto the box as I didn't have a piece of tape on my box....they do the same thing. Pretty pathetic they are watching how much tape they use...go elsewhere
