I’ve tried alot of cbd products over the years and never really noticed a difference, in my last job I struggled with sleep a lot and the night spray worked wonders. 2/3 squirts just before bedtime and 20 mins later out for the count, and getting good quality sleep through the night.
Highly recommend Lee’s products, full of knowledge and a gent to deal with!

Can't recommend these products enough. This is my 2nd buy from canna help uk. After using the day spray for a few weeks I defo noticed a lift in my mood and felt happier inside. Once ide ran out of the day spray I noticed my moods were slipping back to how they were before I got the day spray. Can't wait to try the night spray and see how it helps my sleep patterns. Also trying the new lift your mood inhaler and of coarse thanks for all the good advice and sending my order next day delivery. Having used many different CBD brands over the years I keep coming back here. The day time spray helps give me focus during the day and helps my anxiety levels a lot but my favourite product is the Night time spray , I find it reduces my nighttime pains and helps me fall and stay asleep. I have my whole family using these products and they have all had great relief from it. Will continue to use. The team are very helpful and knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions and offer advice. Also much tastier than other oils I have tried

Been using medical cannibas now for around 4 months. I've struggled with sleep all my life and had to be heavily dosed at night to get somewhat of a full night's sleep. Since starting the trial I now have a proper sleeping routine which is usually in bed sleeping by 10 every night and back up again around 5 sometimes 7 feeling calm and refreshed for the day ahead. My last script I opted for some 50/50 cbd and thc oil to help get a good calming start the day i suffer from severe anxiety so my starts to a new day are really importantin how will can be. I can honestly say from the small doses I've been taking I feel quite a calming feeling without the heavy sedation. There's a full sense of calmness around the whole body. I have used many cbd products lately to help with my anxiety and medical issues but the best by a mile is the improve ur day and sleep sprays. As a woman of a certain age I'm dealing with the perimenopause and the symptoms that come with it and I've honestly seen a definate change in my moods since using the daytime spray.
