So I just moved here. Didn’t do any research and walked in. I got my nails done 3 weeks ago and I have one tiny chip ! That’s it!!!! and I work with my hands and use hand sanitizer like crazy. I’m so impressed I’ve never have my nails last this long! Also they were so nice …. Place is clean….and they spent extra time and asked me multiple questions for options. I’m very impressed

I was driving by this salon for an errand and took a risk going in. But WOW I’m So glad I did. I went in with nails I had just got done that I absolutely HATED (from another salon) but the lady who worked on my Nails took her time and brought it to perfection.

I went in for a pedicure, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. I spent more time waiting than receiving the actual service. My feet were barely soaked in plain water, there was no scrubbing on my legs or feet, and the filing was rushed—lasting just a few seconds—leaving visibly dry and cracked skin behind. The nail polish application was uneven and not even properly applied to the base of the nails. The massage lasted less than a minute per leg, and a burning hot towel was placed on briefly for only a couple of seconds. I cannot recommend this service and was shocked I had to pay for it. I will not be returning. I always tip generously, but today was the first time in my life I didn’t—because this service did not deserve it.

The best spot in Pickering/Ajax! I went to 4 other salons before trying Coco Nails and will not go anywhere else now. All the technicians are so incredibly lovely, they make beautiful color suggestions and my nails have never looked better but also I have never had it last so long!! Fully recommend.

I had a pedicure done by Jue. I had a great experience. Jue was great - she was gentle and the foot massage was perfect. The salon is clean and the staff are friendly. The music they play is relaxing and spa-like. Created a very calming experience. I will definitely go back for more service.

BUYER BEWARE! I went here for a biogel manicure in June. My regular place was full and I couldn’t book an appt. I noticed my thumb was starting to look dark underneath my biogel. The biogel just came off while I was doing dishes (lifted). I now have a discoloration in my nail and nail fungus as a result of going here. This is an indication of dirty tools being used at this place. I have had my nails done many times and this has never happened at my other location. Very disappointing and very upsetting. I will never be returning and will not recommend this place.

Overcharged for terrible service. Whilst price was communicated, it was said already by another past customer.... Price should reflect service!!! Pedi was rushed missed steps and tried to do them after I was already polished. Had to remind nail tech to paint my thumbs as well...like she completely forgot. Messy polish and constant talk about clients in there own language of course.

Had the best experience marking my new nail polish! Absolutely in love with this gorgeous nature-inspired color. It’s the perfect shade, and I’m definitely coming back for more. Highly recommend!!
