JM Nutrition was professional, responsive, and total experts in their field of nutrition, especially sports/performance nutrition. After contacting them and asking for a nutritionist to speak at my firm, Patryk immediately introduced me to Alexander who is a world class expert at a very reasonable rate. He gave a presentation via Zoom and hit a homerun with our Associates -- providing a 15 minute presentation on performance nutrition (macro and micro nutrients, supplementation, recovery, etc.) and then answered a ton of great questions. If you have a company, bringing in a nutritionist like this to meet with your employees is a win-win and they'll appreciate you for it!

Megan is an incredible dietitian to work with, and I highly recommend the "2 Sessions with Meal Plan" package. The first session gave me enough time to go into detail about my previous experience, challenges, preferences, and areas of nutrition I wanted to explore further - all of which Megan listened to thoughtfully and incorporated into my meal plan. She included traditional meals, quick options for busy days, healthy alternatives to satisfy sweet cravings, and recommendations for new recipes and supplements. I appreciate her expertise in aligning proper nutrition with weightlifting.

My daughter plays competitive volleyball and we wanted a menu plan to help build muscle strength. Megan provide different meal plans for very active days and less active days. Megan was very knowledgeable and explained how food intake is important for the more active days. The home made recipes for protein bars and home made sport drinks were great! Another bonus is her personality! Thank you for you expertise!!
