Contacted this clinic about IV Nad 6 times for Intractable Chronic Migraine. Each time the receptionist said I would have a Doctor get back to me. Nobody ever responded to me. Embarassing. uncaring, dismissive. If people don't care, be upfront about it, instead of wasting people's time.

I see a lot of good reviews for this clinic,which maybe this case if you can actually get appointment with them.I have contacted the clinic on numerous occasions over the last six days and told they are busy with patients from receptionist that take calls and I asked if I could book appointment to come in and was told they don't have the consultants diary and cant book but they said they could send the emails to them to co- ntact me,never heard from them.I kept calling back and they said they would send another email,this went on about four times,still no contact.So I emailed them directly and nothing.Feel this is not how things should be from a professional clinic.What is the point of haveing a receptionist if they cant book appointments.Not a good service.

I love this clinic! Dr. Lapa is very friendly and helpful. He is very patient and gentle and explains the whole procedure. I normally do NAD drip injection to boost my immune system and improve energy level. Perfect service and perfect treatment. I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough.

I have been coming to the clinic for the last 8 months for NAD and vitamin injections and drips. I never felt better! My energy levels are up, I sleep well and my skin looks so much better. I was unaware of various treatments like NAD before coming to the clinic but Dr Lapa and Natalia are very knowledgeable, they explain the benefits of various treatments well and recommend various courses etc. making you feel relaxed and in good hands. They are very professional and empathetic.

The clinic itself is cozy and relaxing.

Apart from vitamin injections they also offer various skin treatments and weight loss consultations and courses.

My husband and I are definitely hooked and will be loyal customer for a long time!

I was diagnosed with long covid over 3 years ago. I suffer from chronic fatigue, chronic head pain and breathlessness. The NHS have not given me anything to help so I reached out to the NADCell clinic in Glasgow. I had a consultation with Dr Lapa where we discussed how using NAD + would help improve my quality of life. I’ve had 5 NAD+ treatments so far and the results have been outstanding. Although I still get tired, I’ve not had a fatigue crash in the 3 weeks that I’ve been attending the clinic. Dr Lapa is also helping me with my weight loss journey. The staff and facilities are truly outstanding. The staff are very welcoming and explain everything in detail. You definitely feel well looked after. I can’t recommend this clinic enough. Definitely worth a five star rating!
