Lieux magnifique le spa est très agréable je je vous conseille de suivre le petit sentier du littoral qui vous mènera jusqu'au village abandonné de Glénan ensuite une fois que vos mollet auront bien raffermit vous pourrez aller vous détendre en fin d'après-midi dans le spa avec sa piscine à débordement avec vue sur la mer.

This place was lovely. We stayed here in our camper van. The road out to here is spectacular. We eat in the resteraunt and I had fish and chips. It was lovely and very fresh with the batter nicely cooked. We woke up to Deer next to our van which was lovely. The parking for vans is right on the top of the hill so I imagine when it’s windy it could be really windy for us vanners. The site was clean and all the staff friendly. It has a drying room and washing facilities. Easy access to the ferry and marina if on the water. Pods and cabins also available. The spa for me wasn’t a spa more of a leisure centre but still very lovely.

Perfect to relax and forgot about anxiety.
We spend 2 nights in hut, everything was clean. The bed is amazing !
About the restaurant, is really so good quit expensive but such a good treat! The breakfast Is also a good part and is include everyday.
About the spa, the infinity pool is the best in Scotland, I did a treatment here too, take away my stress, feeling so relax . All staff is such amazing too ! Definitely back here again futur ! Just a little paradise in Scotland!

Stayed for 2 nights in November. Beautiful weather in a gorgeous location. Service was amazing, pool and spa experiences just so lovely. Nothing beats floating outdoors when the stars come out. Breakfast and dinner so tasty. Would highly recommend this bit of luxury.

We had a very enjoyable two night stay in mid October, the weather was outstanding which made all the difference. This is a very upmarket, well appointed resort. We were lucky to stay in one of the luxury apartments which was spacious, clean, very well equipped and has everything you could need, including a small sauna which was wonderful. We chose to eat in on the first night, cooking food that we brought with us. There really aren't many shops in the local area, so you would need to bring a lot of your own food if you're going to be self-catering. There is a small shop on site which sells quite a wide range of food and other items, but there are no supermarkets or larger shops in the vicinity. We did eat at the restaurant on the second night and the food was of very high quality. The service in the restaurant was excellent from all members of staff - our thanks to Toby and Alisdair for making our stay all the more enjoyable! The gym and pool are excellent, well worth a visit. So, if you can catch the good weather (we were lucky enough to catch a clear, moonlit night over the marina, absolutely lovely) you will have a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Beautiful getaway on the secret coast. Fantastic accomodation options at reasonable prices all with fantastic views of the marina and loch Fyne. Lovely staff that make you welcome from the moment you arrive and bookings include daily use of leisure facilities, including outdoor pool and jacuzzis and breakfast. Wonderful place to relax and get away from it all.

Spent 2 nights here for a family member’s birthday celebrations. The birthday lunch was superb, great menu, delicious food which is sourced from the surrounding area and excellent waiters. Alasdair, in particular, from the restaurant and bar, deserves a HUGE thank you for making our stay so memorable. He is very attentive, polite, friendly and incredibly good at his job.

The accommodation was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. There were great facilities in the apartment, including a washing machine, dryer and a sauna. We were quite sad to be leaving.

Spa facilities were fantastic and we made great use of the pool, both inside and out. We played pool and table tennis too and the staff there were lovely. I particularly liked the swimsuit dryer and having both hairdryers and straighteners in the changing room was a very welcome addition. The options are there for paying a little extra for massage, hot stones and other treatments if you wish.

I would most definitely recommend Portavadie Spa as a destination for a holiday or short break, it’s family friendly and was great for adults too.
