Best residence in courchevel. In the middle of the center within walking distance from everything. The apartment was very spacious with all amenities you can think of. Washing machine full kitchen two bathrooms

We booked this apartment 314 for two weeks over Xmas & New Year 2009. The actual apartment was nicer than I expected & we were extremely comfortable (the Manageress was wonderful). The rooms are spacious & bathrooms modern. Kitchen very well equipped & easy to pop across the road to the store & butchery. Loads of storage space & seating too. Washing machine was put to good use every night which was a bonus as we had packed light. Beds were pretty comfy but I just hate those weird square pillows! Sleep quality was poor because of Les Caves nightclub right opposite, it wasn't the thud of the music - I could have lived with that! But the fighting and vomiting and screaming in the car park which kept us up most of the night. Police arrived quite often too! But this being a particularly busy time of the year with Christmas, New Year, Russian holidays etc is probably why there was so much noise. Also, it was a 15 minute haul up to the slopes / across to the ski school which our small children didn't enjoy. Having said that I did love the apartment, awesome restaurants closeby, the freshest & tastiest croissants from the bakery under the apartment, the wine shop and the views but will stick to ski in ski out while the kids are small & I'll hopefully find more peace up the mountain in the trees! I would recommend this for Families with teenagers / Young couples who like the nightlife! Hope that helps.

I went with my family week in january. We had a really good time in there. The apartment was very close to the ski tracks (50 metres). So that makes it a well located place. |The apartment was comfortable for our family. Nice rooms, and a great view of the mountain. |A negative comment is that the apartment doesn't have a pool or a playing area for the kids.

Travelling with my 14 and 2x 18yr olds. |The location was perfect for the 18yr olds to go out at night and as a neurotic mother, did not mind them walking back at all hours. It was also perfect to take my 14yr old to his lesson and collect him afterwards, or let him walk back alone. The close proximity of the Luge was also a plus for him.|Charlotte is a delight and incredibly helpful, from organising a birthday cake to helping us with restaurant advice and answering the tons of questions my son had. |The apartment is furnished on the basic side but it is spacious and very warm. We were also not disturbed by any noise. We would definitely stay here again.

We've been a lot of times in Courchevel and we liked Belledonne very much.||It's in a good location near shops and bars and also a short walk to the lifts.||The apartment is quite big for French rentals and is well equiped. Parking the car under the building is a great plus. We never had any complaints about some noise from the street in front of the building. There is no reception so you have to find your restaurants by yourself but ith the help of T.A. it won't be a problem at all in Courchevel.

Los apartamentos son bastante cómodos. Son amplios y están muy bien distribuidos. La cocina esta muy bien equipada. Es bastante céntrico, pero un poco incomodo para caminar hasta los lifts con los esquíes; sin embargo a los días uno se acostumbra. Es bastante económico, y eso se aprecia en un resort tan costoso como Courchevel.Estuvimos en diciembre 2012

This a perfect apartment for an adult family. It was modern, spacious and comfortable and very central to 1850. The concierge was kind and helpful and the owner responsive to email enquiries and questions. We had great ski holiday here visiting our daughter and wouldn't hesitate to come back.||||A couple of things. We were billed additionally for cleaning to the tune of 225 euros in cash which was not intimated on the booking.com website. Also, the underground parking involves an acute 90 degree bend which resulted in damage to the left side of our rental car (Peugeot 506). I thought it was me until another guest said that a similar thing happened to his car! Be careful.

This is our second time at Belledonne. Very good place to stay in Courchevel. Our stay was wonderful and mainly thanks to the manager Luisa. She was wonderful with my family, always helping us with recommendations and suggestions. She made a huge difference in our experience with Belledonne! Merci! Obrigado!
