Bel endroit mais processus de service à la clientèle lent et inefficace. À chaque fois que je suis allé il m'a fallu attendre environ 1 heure avant d'être servi. Il faudrait dans doute avoir plus d'agents sur place.

Get ready to see your life flash before your eyes!!! 2 agents for 14 clients plus the people that make reservations online!!! It feels like a day in the DMV.... Hate spectrum but is the monopoly where I live.... Just want to return a box and have to wait like if I wanted to buy the company... They don't care period

I didn't have to wait very long when someone approached me. Unfortunately my phone is still doing the same thing as it was before. I'm not exactly sure if the lady understood what I was trying to explain. Guess it's time for another carrier

More than 1h just to return a freaking box. They are so slow. 3 employees for more than 20 people. Employee will go too lunch when the line is crazy. No manager will step out to say I'll take all the dropping... the employees are taking their sweet time like it's ridiculous.

I don’t understand why people come in this store and complain. You have to wait your turn. The employees try their hardest to attend to customers as fast as they can and they are so kind even when customers are screaming at them. They only have a limited staff! I appreciate their great customer service and kindness even under pressure. The customers who choose to come to this store need to have a little patience!!!! Overall a great store!!! SIGN IN on the iPad when you enter the store!!

Heavy guy sits on his phone majority of the time & is helping a walk in(Spanish lady) while working with another man. Sat in there two hours to drop of equipment and got no service. Watch representative leave to break and leave people without help.
