Amazing!! I arrived at 12:50 for my appointment was greeted politely by the lady at the desk who offered me some water. Frankie gave an amazing scalp massage first before doing a full body Swedish massage which was also great. I explained I wanted my back and shoulders as the main area with only a few minutes on legs. Left feeling incredibly relaxed and Definitely one of the best I’ve had, would definitely recommend for a friend.

I’ve had many different masseuses and have never had a bad massage. They are very professional and great at their jobs.
Most recently, I enjoyed the hot stones massage given by Gabriele that left me relaxed with a lot of relief. Thank you.

I was really excited to go for this massage after sorting childcare for my baby. I was very hopeful to book in for their membership but i have to be very honest i wasnt really impressed with the massage. I mean no disrespect to the masseuse he was very nice but ive had way better massages in my opinion. I just didn't get any relief or relaxed feeling after my massage. It also does not cover full body. I paid an extra £11 for a massage gun to the back of my foot? It was advertised as i would feel like im floating after? Really annoyed with that. I did explain my feet and back were where i had problem issues but absolutely shocked that i had just paid extra for that. NOT worth a penny. The lights were also quite bright. Just overall have had way better experienced.

I didn’t mention any issues at reception as i felt there was a lot of customers and didnt want to disrespect any workers or make matters awkward.

2 stars - masseuse was nice and didnt want to offend him, and liked the use of pillows for knees

0 STARS! I asked for a massage with Stones and the lady rub my arm so hard and with alot of pressure it’s now damaged a tissue in my right arm. Painful straight after the massage and weakness after a few days. I cannot lift anything my arm shakes. The owner didn't offer to refund me. Just advise to use ice. Rubbish massage shes pressed on my legs twice and twice on my back and twice on my back and little on my shoulders. The worst massage i have had. Another massage lady agreed the stones weren’t supposed to be used on my lower arm area. They admitted there error. If u want damaged tissues come here. Not worth the risk. Some much attitude from the staff and owner.

I rang you earlier explaining my issue and you said you would provide me with another massage FREE of Charge and you booked me in for 8pm today. But when I arrived and met owner and he was not bothered in apologising. You did your tests and saw how my right hand had no strength init. Then you didn’t believe it was from your massage on Sunday. i have been in pain since Sunday. Then i saw therapist”s who was going to guide me but instead her attitude was what do you want me to do. This company uses trainees from the Wycombe university students. Your therapist confirmed this was YOUR companies error ! And she shouldnt have used STONES on my lower arm in front of you. Your response was go to the doctors and get checked out.

The staff were very friendly. Had a deep tissue massage from Jasmine and she was fantastic. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I would definitely recommend this place!

The atmosphere and vibe when entering the Wycombe branch is so relaxing and calm.

The service is always top notch. Many thanks to Luke at the desk who is always polite, friendly and most welcoming!

I had one of the best Swedish massage with Diana B. I slept so good that night, especially after having such a stressful week. Felt so relaxed during the massage and left with a smile. Many thanks, cannot wait for my next massage!

I've got nothing but good things to say about The Massage Company in High Wycombe.

Everyone I've had a session with has been knowledgeable and experienced. The rooms are relaxing and clean and my massage therapists always take care to make sure I'm comfortable.

I've been suffering from a serious spine injury and the deep tissue massage sessions I've had are definitely helping with my recovery.

Great place for various massages. Staff are lovely and make you feel welcome and comfortable. Lovely gentlemen called Luke in particular has always been very helpful, warming & gone over and above with any questions I had. Will be recommending this to my friends and family.
